Marketing Communications Lead – Ayvens Join to apply for the Marketing Communications Lead role at Ayvens. This is a fixed‑term contract of 12 months, focusing on operational communications across the customer journey. Overall Purpose Manage the development & delivery of operational communications throughout the customer journey (operational updates, onboarding, in‑life & contract renewals). Lead improvement in communications skills across the Product & Marketing team. Manage customer communications governance and quality control. Key Accountabilities Manage design and development of improvements in Operational Communications. Support Head of P&M Operations with roadmap to digitise Operational Communications. Ensure compliance with consumer duty and company policies in governance and quality control. Manage record keeping, review and improvement in Customer Communications. Represent Product & Marketing Operations with key stakeholder relationships. Act as Communications SME for the wider business. Use business data (CQC reporting) to identify areas for improvement. Manage supplier relationships to ensure efficient, compliant delivery and continuous improvement. Skills, Experience & Background Proven track record of success in a similar communications‑focused role. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence. Teamworking and collaboration skills. Engaging, inclusive approach proposing new ideas and contributing to change. Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills. Customer‑centric approach. Working knowledge of Consumer Duty and cross‑cutting rules. IT literacy; working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams). Supplier or relationship management experience. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
