The role focuses on building relationships with our casual workforce, requiring organisational skills and a large amount of communication by telephone. Responsibilities Input event requirements onto the company staffing portal with attention to detail, ensuring any amendments are actioned accordingly. Maintain relationships with customers to ensure streamlined communication regarding event requirements. Build rapport with the casual medical workforce to ensure all events are resourced to 100% using various forms of communication. Manage the logistics of ambulance requirements, keeping company trackers up to date. Communicate with customers in relation to staff lists and vehicle details where necessary. Keep venue guides and medical plans up to date with current information, uploading to relevant portals. Keep line manager abreast of any issues or staff shortages. Seek feedback from new starters regarding their first shift and report any concerns to line manager. Provide administrative support to other departments when necessary. Perform any other duties as deemed necessary. Requirements Ability to work under pressure to tight time constraints. Knowledge of handling sensitive information (confidentiality/GDPR). Organisational skills with ability to manage own workload. Ability to work independently as well as a team player. Use initiative to complete tasks. Willing to assist other departments when required. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Salary is £24,000 to £26,000 dependent on experience. Start date – January 2026. Seniority level: Entry level.
