Outcomes First Group is on the lookout for a professional and system-driven person to come and join our growing team as Resourcing Systems Coordinator. As our Resourcing Systems Coordinator, you will effectively manage the content and improvements of our applicant tracking system to ensure it is fit for purpose. You will help to support on cross-divisional improvement projects to enable business growth and help define best practice standards, identify opportunities for more effective and efficient resourcing and uphold the Groups' commitment to safeguarding the children and young people in our care by championing our safer recruitment standards. **To be successful in this role you will need**: - Advanced level of Excel and experience of data analysis - Experience of working with an ATS system - Project administration experience - Excellent verbal and written communication - Customer service skills - Experience working to service level agreements/targets - The ability to work accurately at pace - Experience of keeping accurate system data We’re looking for a passionate process-driven person with a problem-solving attitude to help the Resourcing function achieve against key performance indicators and drive a successful recruitment and selection process. **About Resourcing**: Our Resourcing function provides centralised recruitment support to all organisations that make up Outcomes First Group.
