**Human Resources Business Partner**

**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Business Partner to join Intrum UK in our newly acquired Bolton office.**

Working closely with the HR Director you will develop and manage a successful HR strategy for the business. This role has a true generalist focus, from operational activities such as employee relations, recruitment and policies as well as being responsiblefor the co-ordination and implementation of a variety of HR projects.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Leading the implementation of key HR projects and strategies. Managing appropriate stakeholders at all points
- Conducting HR-related due diligence reviews where appropriate.
- Providing suitable HR-related data analysis to respond to HR enquiries from clients and internal management
- Monitoring internal HR processes in order to ensure the incorporation of HR best practice.
- Supporting the annual salary review process for the company alongside the HR Director.
- Production of monthly and annual HR reports.
- Taking ownership of all HR analytics, including reporting, ad-hoc requests, RFI, absence, turnover, overtime, demographics etc.
- Acting as a contact point for HR change management processes.
- Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, absence management and health & safety.
- Providing specialist information and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and practice and employment law.
- Supporting the monthly payroll process.

**What makes you perfect for this position?**
- Experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner
- Adept at managing complex ER cases
- Proven experience designing and delivering effective HR strategies
- A minimum of CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- Intermediate - Excel skills would be advantageous
