An opportunity has arisen in the Neonatal Unit at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy for an Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our established team of ANNPs. The successful candidate will use enthusiasm and advanced clinical knowledge and skills to provide excellent care to the babies within our neonatal service whilst supporting the junior tier of our medical trainee rota. The unit includes 4 ITU, 2 High Dependency and 11 Special Care cots. Responsibilities Provide advanced neonatal care to babies within the neonatal service. Support the junior tier of the medical trainee rota. Work independently and as part of the multidisciplinary team. Qualifications Completed an Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner qualification. Excellent clinical, decision-making and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme prior to appointment. Although this post is full-time, consideration will also be given to applicants who want to work part-time hours.
