Join to apply for the Income Officer role at The Regenda Group4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsFull‑time (35 hours), part‑time and flexible working patterns availableAnnual salary of £32,022 (FTE)Permanent roleLiverpool city centre office base, hybrid workingProposed Interview Date: 17th December 2025The roleThe purpose of this role is to contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient income management service which achieves stated rates of collection, consistently improving customer satisfaction levels, maximisation of Regenda tenants’ income, sustainable tenancies and financial stability of the Regenda Group.You will need to be focused on meeting all relevant expectations and standards relating to the social housing regulator and tenant satisfaction measures; complaints within scope of the housing ombudsman service and safeguarding adults and children.Ensuring the customers voice is at the heart of service delivery, using complaints and satisfaction survey results to drive continuous improvement and ensuring all customers are treated fairly, with respect and in recognition of their individual requirements and any protected characteristics, and that all customer complaints and enquiries are dealt with promptly and to a high standard.The right fitExperience of managing a range of housing related debt on a patch basisAn understanding of the rent recovery process including the law around possession, and government policy around welfare reform and its impact on the sector, Regenda and its customersKnowledge of social housing legislationExcellent communication skills, both verbal and in written formatMust be able to drive, have access to a car, hold a valid driving licence and have business insurance to claim mileageHave or be willing to work towards housing related qualificationsWho We AreRegenda Homes is an award‑winning Registered Social Housing provider with around 12,000 homes in Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.
