Role: CCTV Control Room Operator – actively monitoring CCTV systems, patrolling and assisting security team duties. Context: Safeguard client people, property and critical assets. Deliver service excellence, protect reputation, and support operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Maintain vigilance over the work environment to identify potential threats, disruptions or breaches. Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, escalating to appropriate authorities or teams as required. Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports, supporting robust governance and regulatory compliance. Demonstrate composure and professionalism when handling challenging situations, ensuring the protection of people, assets and data. Adhere to scheduled check‑ins and communication protocols to maintain operational integrity. Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and legal or regulatory requirements under the guidance of Corporate Security Managers. Execute duties with diligence, adhering to Assignment Instructions (AI) and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. Monitor operational processes and proactively suggest improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. Adhere to statutory and organisational Health & Safety regulations, reporting any potential risks immediately. Training & Professional Development Maintain all required licences and certifications (Security Guarding, Door Supervision, CCTV PSS SIA) and keep them current. Complete all mandatory competency and compliance training to the highest standard. Engage in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance job knowledge and operational expertise. Utilise technology effectively to achieve work objectives and maintain accurate records. What We Are Looking For Previous security experience. SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision). CCTV PSS SIA licence required. Strong situational awareness, attention to detail and commitment to compliance and ethical standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Proven experience within the security sector, ideally in corporate or financial services environments. Demonstrate pride in appearance and a sense of professionalism. Ability to renew licences 16 weeks before expiry and undertake additional training as directed.> #J-18808-Ljbffr
