Are you ready to lead one of the Council's most high-profile public safety services?
We're looking for a dynamic CCTV Control Room Supervisor to oversee our 24/7 public space surveillance operation. You'll manage a dedicated team, drive performance, and ensure rapid emergency response all while supporting the Council's Corporate Plan and resilience strategy.
What you'll do:
- Lead and inspire CCTV operators in a fast-paced control room
- Ensure high-quality monitoring, reporting, and emergency response
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
- Drive commercial CCTV opportunities and support strategic projects
- Deliver performance reports and contract oversight
- Uphold legal compliance under RIPA, Human Rights Act & more
- Proven experience in CCTV operations and surveillance
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Expert knowledge of CCTV systems and relevant legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools
