You don’t need to have any previous firefighting experience - just the passion to protect and help your community.On-Call Firefighters have everyday lives and jobs until their alerter sounds and they become professional Firefighters, responding to a range of operational incidents when required. Firefighters are trained to deal with a range of emergencies, and play a role in fire and road safety prevention, education and safeguarding.
