As an administrator at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business. You’ll make sure all administration and clinic scheduling is completed in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you’ll always put the customers first.
We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious individual ready to be the friendly and approachable point of contact for our customers and colleagues. But, as well as our patients, you’ll be cared for too, receiving constant, in-depth training and development to help you continue to grow your skills and understanding. **What’s on Offer?**
- Full time (40 hours) or Part Time: 3 Days per week (both include weekend working)
- Salary: £8.80 - £11.64 per hour reviewed in April 2025

**What we’re looking for?**
- Experience working in fast-paced administrative environment
- Excellent admin and organisational skills
- Ability to use IT systems effectively (including Office 365)
- Great team worker

- Fantastic communicator
- Ability to adapt
**Desirable skills**:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role or inbound call centre environment
