So are weWe are looking for a motivated and compassionate Team Leader to join our dedicated Homeless / Rough Sleepers Team in Birmingham. In this pivotal role you will lead and support a team of outreach workers and volunteers who work directly with individuals experiencing multiple and complex needs helping them move away from the streets and into safer more sustainable housing options.Where: BirminghamFull Time Hours: 37.5 per weekFull time Salary: 35220.59 - 37184.91 depending on experience pro rata for part time hoursFull-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week.
