SCM Series Demand Specialist ME

Position Summary Why join our team? This role is part of SEUK MX division and will have a key part in ensuring the efficient operational management within the SCM function. The role will work within a team of SCM specialists responsible for handling the day to day SCM relationship with a number of key accounts. A core part of the role will be working with the sales team to ensure accurate forecasting is in place and that we run the function efficiently within established process. In addition, project managing key activities within the program such as new launches in channels, end of life management and ensuring correct WOS management and sell‑out plan adherence. Role and Responsibilities Coordinating weekly / monthly sales planning collaboratively with other functional teams and to support the commercial team to meet sales targets by bringing optimal stock on time. Demand forecasting in collaboration with other teams and updating the system on a weekly basis. Submitting month‑end revenue forecast (Sokbo) and closing/monitoring long‑term target planning with PM (Shillheng). Analyzing business risks and driving the required actions across all division members. Leading business reviews with collaborative partners to build correct strategic relationships. Liaising with HQ regarding product availability, confirming production schedules & expected shipment dates. Liaising with 3rd‑party logistics company regarding inbound/outbound including securing booking slots. Working with the finance team regarding credit control/limitation, billing/invoice reference, etc. Analyzing and reporting to senior management on key SCM metrics, understanding business expectations and proactively highlighting risks and opportunities. What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Essential Hard Skills Required Educated to degree level or equivalent. Excellent skills in SAP and Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel. Strong numeracy skills. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong organisational skills. Experience of creating and executing a structured channel plan and managing it to successful conclusion. Good project management skills, with demonstrable ability to achieve results through cross‑functional teams. Essential Soft Skills Able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Structured and organised account‑management skill set. Highly motivated and passionate about what they do. Ability to analyse data and articulate clearly the trends and implications. Problem‑solving. Outgoing team player.\ Desirable Skills Experience in the mobile sector. Past demand‑planning experience. Experience working with different cultures. Commercially astute. Korean speaking. What does success look like? Successful candidate will need to understand the business and successfully carry out the day‑to‑day tasks. As a product‑matter expert, the candidate should be able to use the knowledge and provide solutions to the business. Skills and Qualifications Learns to use professional concepts and applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
