We are looking for an Insurance Account Handler based in Petersfield who will be the first point of contact for a designated client portfolio and will support them with queries throughout the day. Responsibilities Support a designated client portfolio and act as the first point of contact. Build strong relationships with clients through phone and email, providing customer service and sales support. Proactively manage client queries and show initiative and entrepreneurial spirit. Collaborate with team members, maintaining a positive outlook and resilience in a dynamic environment. Demonstrate honesty and integrity in a financially regulated organisation. Qualifications Experience in the Insurance industry is essential. Confidence to work with clients by phone and email, with a background in customer service. Ability to bring your best self to work every day and give clients the best possible experience. Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
