Key Responsibilities Work with your Branch Manager to support them in motivating a large team and provide line management for the sales team. Manage sales, resources, and customer service within the branch to ensure sales and operations KPIs are met. Act as a supervisory member of the management team to deliver strong performance across key business measures in line with the company’s core values. Ensure branch compliance with standards to maintain balanced performance. Engage daily in HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment to develop talent. Support external recruitment and inductions to ensure right‑first‑time hiring and develop existing talent. Promote a customer‑focused mindset, keeping the customer at the heart of what we do. Skills And Experience Experience in leading, motivating, and driving a sales team. Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
