**The role**:

- Play an active role on the shop floor with the team
- Support and lead your team to drive outputs (quantity, quality) to plan
- Monitor output per hour, meet or exceed output targets for the contract
- Ensure labour is effectively utilised at all times (including minimising overtime)
- Ensure all relevant paper work is up to date (as required)
- Follow all relevant procedures set out

**As an assembly team leader you will possess**:

- Previous experience within the Point Of Sale/ Point of Purchase/ Retail Design industry - this is a must
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Time management
- Ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal
- Confidence working with differing personalities
- Flexible as overtime will be available and occasionally shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
