Team Leader

I am currently working with a leading provider that provide support packages within their supported living services for adults with learning disabilities. They are a good rated CQC provider and are now seeking TEAM LEADERS to join their award-winning team.
As a team leader your responsibilities will consist of;
To lead a team of staff and to have responsibility for the smooth running of the shift whilst ensuring individuals' needs, choices and dignity are central to everything you do.
To work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
To attend team meetings, training courses and complete online e-learning as requested by your manager.
To ensure all records, both electronic and manual are kept up to date.
To carry out regular supervision and support of staff, including managing their attendance at work.
To support the deputy and registered managers with CQC inspections and anything else that they may need you to do.
To be successful within this role you must have experience in leading a team, be passionate and lead from the front in a person-centred manner and you should also have your level 3 in Health and Social Care or the drive to complete your Level 3 in Health &Care.
For your hard work you can expect a salary of £19,695 to £20,695, career development and progression, the chance to do your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or NVQ Level 3 in Leadership and Management, pension plans and other fantastic staff benefits.
