Overview Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust hosts the largest Procurement department in the NHS, with over 130 colleagues, working closely with Greater Manchester Procurement and key local NHS Trusts. The E‑Commerce Procurement Specialist will operate within the E‑Commerce department and manage a varied role encompassing catalogue management, supplier relationship management and contracting activities. The position is pivotal in maintaining key links between Purchase to Pay and the broader procurement specialist functions. Responsibilities Daily maintenance and management of catalogues and the supplier relationship portfolio. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop the department’s presence within the Trust. Produce catalogue requisitions, handle service desk queries and resolve invoice disputes. Perform core supplier management tasks and support contracting activities as required.
