Overview Trafford Elective Surgical Hub (TESH) is a newly established service aimed to increase surgical capacity, whilst focusing on embracing the "High Volume Low Complexity" (HVLC) programme to help reduce the backlog of patients waiting for planned operations. Specialties General Surgery Trauma and Orthopaedic Gynaecology Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) Adult and Paediatric Dental Urology Breast Plastics Vascular Access Gender Affimation Surgery Day case Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Thyroid cases What You’ll Do You will support Team Managers to ensure the delivery of high‑quality care and act as an advocate and role model for the wider nursing team. You will be responsible for the assessment and delivery of care for the peri‑operative patient, implementing and continually evaluating nursing care to optimise outcomes. You will participate in the teaching and supervision of junior staff and in the teaching of students on both basic and post‑basic courses. You will maintain your personal and professional development and participate in the effective utilisation of resources. You will act in accordance with the NMC/HCPC Professional Code of Conduct.
