As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through effective merchandising and upselling techniques. This position requires strong organisational abilities and the capability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities.Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising.Handle transactions accurately, ensuring basic math skills are utilised for cash handling.Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls.Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.How you\'ll dazzle usProficiency in English is essential; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.Organisational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.A keen interest in merchandising and visual presentation is preferred.
