Senior Sales Associate - Luxury Watch & Jewellery Concession, Selfridges London Location: The Wonder Room, Selfridges, London Position: Senior Sales Associate Salary: Up to £35,000 (OTE) A new and exclusive luxury watch and jewellery concession is launching within The Wonder Room at Selfridges London. We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate to help build and shape this new boutique space. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver world‑class service to discerning clients and support the Concession Manager in driving performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional, personalised service to every client—from first introduction to aftercare. Support the Concession Manager in daily operations, sales performance, and clienteling initiatives. Build long‑term relationships with VIP and repeat clients, collaborating with Selfridges' Personal Shopping and Luxury Concierge teams. Maintain immaculate visual presentation and adherence to brand guidelines. Mentor junior team members and lead by example in client interactions. About You Extensive experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery/watches, ideally within a department store setting. Strong sales record with proven ability to drive results through relationship‑building. Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills. Passionate about storytelling, heritage, and craftsmanship within a luxury context.
