The Role As a Senior Sales Associate you are an ambassador of the Derek Rose brand. You will support the Retail Area Manager in driving sales and operational excellence in our London boutiques while leading by example on the shop floor. You’ll inspire your colleagues mentor junior team members and deliver exceptional customer experiences that bring our Feel‑good Living ethos to life. Duties and Responsibilities Leadership & Teamwork Support the Retail Area Manager with day-to-day operations and be a trusted point of responsibility in-store. Mentor and coach Sales Associates helping to develop skills confidence and performance. Contribute to a positive collaborative team culture where everyone strives for success. Sales Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets. Understand customer needs and maximise sales opportunities through engaging product storytelling. Support initiatives that grow the customer database and drive increased store traffic. Monitor sales performance and share insights with the team to support continuous improvement. Customer Experience Deliver exceptional levels of service and a personalised customer experience that reflects our brand values. Build and nurture lasting customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Share product knowledge with confidence and bring the Derek Rose story to life to inspire and engage customers. Resolve customer concerns swiftly and effectively ensuring complete satisfaction. Lead by example on the shop floor coaching colleagues to deliver premium service. Operations Uphold the highest standards of store presentation including visual merchandising and displays. Oversee stock processes with accuracy including replenishment and inter-store / warehouse transfers. Use Shopify with confidence and provide support in resolving IT-related issues that arise in-store. Collaborate across the London store network to maintain operational excellence. Support the Retail Operations Manager with training reporting and other operational priorities as required. Skills and Experience Required 610 years experience in luxury retail ideally within standalone or boutique environments. Previous experience mentoring or leading a small team leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and support others. Fluency in French or Arabic an advantage but not essential. Target-driven commercially aware and focused on delivering results. Professional presentation with confident communication skills.
