Administrative Support Officer at PAN TRADE The Chester Central Care Community Team is looking for an Administrative Support Officer to join the team covering a maternity post. We are a hardworking but happy professional team providing care and support to patients across the Western Cheshire footprint. In this role you will undertake a range of clerical tasks, including processing of referrals, scanning/photocopying and uploading documents to electronic records, answering telephone calls and forwarding/redirecting calls, arranging meetings and taking meeting notes. Within this role you will have contact with patients, carers, families, and other health professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible can‑do approach, and a professional, friendly and welcoming manner. This vacancy is 22.5 hours worked over 3 days. This is a fixed term contract ending September 2026. The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this. Shortlisting for this vacancy is due to be completed on 19/12/2025 and the proposed interview date is 05/01/2026. To undertake a full range of administrative/reception responsibilities. Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will need to liaise directly with patients, carers, families and other professionals. A working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages is required, but full training will be provided on CWP systems.
