Territory Sales Manager - Dental We are seeking a driven field sales professional to take ownership of a large territory and make a name for themselves in Scotland. This role is part of one of the world’s top three manufacturers of high‑value dental equipment, renowned for innovation, precision and reliability. About the Role As Territory Sales Manager you will manage all commercial activity across Scotland, focusing on selling cutting‑edge dental equipment valued between £25,000 and £100,000. You will combine direct‑to‑practice sales with distributor enablement, providing product training, joint visits and building long‑term partnerships. The role includes extensive travel throughout Scotland, working remotely day‑to‑day and occasional visits to the UK head office. Responsibilities Conduct site surveys, product demonstrations and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close. Develop and maintain relationships with dental practices and distributors. Collaborate with the broader UK team to achieve sales targets and share best practices. Qualifications Proven field sales experience; any B2B background is considered. Experience managing your own territory and driving new business growth. A track record of hitting and exceeding targets. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Trustworthy, reliable and self‑motivated, with a full ownership mentality for your area. Dental or NHS sector experience is advantageous but not essential – full product training will be provided. Benefits £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary. £5,000 – £10,000 realistic annual bonus.
