Base Pay Range $25.00/hr – $30.00/hr Job Summary Searching for a multi‑functional maintenance technician to join our team. The individual will be responsible for the upkeep of industrial equipment and must be well‑rounded to perform effectively on a variety of equipment, executing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance. A sense of urgency is required. Requirements Experience with industrial maintenance is a must (Injection Molding/Thermoforming experience a plus). Using precision tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks. Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical (electronic) equipment. Thorough working knowledge of industrial equipment, its usage, and safety procedures. Self‑motivated and safety‑oriented. Must have a flexible schedule and take calls during off‑shift hours and weekends. Duties Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive and corrective maintenance requirements. Capable of following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications. Troubleshoots malfunctions and complies with NEC standards on wiring and installations. Uses precision tools to assist in determining problems. Removes defective parts by dismantling equipment, using hoists, cranes, and standard power tools. Installs equipment from start to finish. Adjusts functional equipment to optimize its performance. Controls downtime by coordinating routine preventive maintenance. Maintains a safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and internal policies. Communicates effectively with vendors and contractors. Orders parts to support maintenance. Tools General tools. Multimeter. Boom Lift. Scissor Lift. Forklift. Overhead crane. Systems and Processes AC, DC Drives. Gear Boxes. Robots. HMI. Chilled Water systems. Vacuum systems (material convey). AC, DC, and servo motors. Electronic components. Pneumatic valves. Injection Mold equipment. Machinist and Mechanic Skills Drills, grinder, lathe, mill. Hydraulics, pneumatics, valves, vacuum pumps. Lubrication systems. Welders. Education and Qualifications High School Diploma, an associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
