Job Title: Rotational Physiotherapist Location: George Eliot Hospital, Nuneaton Contract: Permanent full-time (37.5 hours per week, on‑call and weekend) Pay: £31,049 – £37,796 per annum (Band 5) Closing Date: 19th November 2025 About the role Provide physiotherapy advice, assessment, treatment and education to patients across 6 monthly rotations covering musculoskeletal out‑patients, hand unit, neuro out‑patients, pulmonary rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, in‑patient medicine, respiratory wards and critical care. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose and design individualized treatment plans for patients within designated rotations. Deliver manual and exercise therapy, monitor progress and adapt plans accordingly. Participate in 7‑day on‑call for and respiratory wards. Maintain accurate and evidence‑based clinical records. Supervise support workers, collaborate with multidisciplinary team, and support professional development. Adhere to HCPC standards, clinical governance, and risk management. Provide patient education and discharge advice. Qualifications & Experience Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy. Registered with HCPC. Clinical placement or relevant experience in acute physiotherapy settings. Good communication, teamwork, and organisational skills. Ability to handle moderate physical effort and manage demanding patient situations. Commitment to flexible working, including weekend / on‑call shifts.
