As part of the Data & Technology consulting group, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive analytics solutions that drive insights and decision-making for our clients.The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and excellent technical skills, combined with the ability to effectively communicate findings and collaborate with both clients and team members. You will support the development of data-driven strategies and execution of analytics projects across various sectors.Key Responsibilities:Support the management of data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Assist in developing analytical methodologies and frameworks for client engagements.Contribute to the design and implementation of dashboards and reporting solutions, providing actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate data collection.Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Help prepare presentations and reports for clients, effectively communicating results and strategic recommendations.Mentor and support junior analysts within the team in their development.3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a consulting or advisory context.University degree 2.1 or higher (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.Experience with statistical analysis methodologies and data visualization techniques.Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Passion for data analytics and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.Advantageous competencies (but not essential):Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices.Experience in client-facing roles and delivering presentations.BenefitsAt Interpath, our people lie at the heart of our business.
