Based from our depot in Cosby, Leicestershire, we are looking for Technical Support Coordinator to join us. In this role you will be part of a small Technical team who take calls from our internal and external customers acting as a first response to any queries regarding our machines. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you’ll love to help and resolve problems as you’ll deal with a variety of people on the phone during the day covering a variety of issues. They might need some guidance and support using one of our machines or there might be a technical issue with the machine - whatever the query, you will be responsible for providing helpful advice and guidance in a positive manner ensuring that the problem is resolved efficiently.

This role is located at our depot in Cosby, Leicestershire and the hours are Monday – Friday 8am - 5.30pm.

About you: - 

Based commutable to our Cosby office, with possible occasional visits to depot network and service providers.

Demonstrable mechanical engineering knowledge (motor/fleet/automotive industry, powered access, construction).

Demonstrable problem solving skills and an ability to find solutions under pressure.

Credible communicator, oral and written, with an empathetic approach to customer service.

Competent IT skills – MS Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn and operate internal systems.
