Lettings Attendant, Carlton le Willows Academy

Carlton le Willows are looking to appoint a Lettings Attendant to join our academy in January 2026 on a casual as and when required basis. Your new role As a Lettings Attendant, you will support the Lettings Manager by overseeing and managing the facilities during lettings bookings, including ensuring areas are safe, clean and tidy before and after each booking and addressing any issues raised during each booking, maintaining equipment used in the lettings and ensuring new clients are inducted appropriately on academy procedures and rules whilst on site. Working hours for this role are between 5pm and 10pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday. It is not expected that the Lettings Attendant will work all of these shifts. The exact shift pattern will be agreed with the postholder and salary pro rata accordingly. Results for 2025 saw 85% of students achieve a Grade 4 or above in English and Maths, compared with a 65% national average.
