Job description

Carlton le Willows are looking to appoint a Attendance Co-Ordinator to join our academy in January 2026, on a full time, temporary basis to cover maternity leave

Your new role

As an Attendance Co-ordinator, you will secure the beneficial and regular attendance of all students of the Academy by supporting students and families, liaising and working closely with other agencies.

Results

With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area - achieving the best ever results in the school's history this summer. Results for 2025 saw 85% of students achieve a Grade 4 or above in English and Maths, compared with a 65% national average. In total 69% of students secured a strong pass of a Grade 5 or above in those two core subjects- far exceeding the national average of 46% and meaning we are placed well above similar schools nationally.

A level students in our high performing sixth form also celebrated strong results with more than 91% of the cohort securing a place at their first choice university, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post 16.
