About the Role The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Sitecore is a key role within our sales organisation that will give you the knowledge, skills, and foundation for a long, successful career in technology. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Sitecore's growth strategy, helping shape our future as leaders in the Digital Experience Marketing space. You will create market awareness, identify prospective customers, qualify leads, and generate new business for the company. You are an ambitious, results‑driven team player. This opportunity includes attending Sitecore Academy, a program focused on enabling future all‑star sellers within our organisation. What You Will Do Manage inbound lead flow and execute outbound prospecting initiatives. Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange a product introduction. Partner with the Sales team to build a quality pipeline. Stay engaged with prospects and nurture deals. Act as an ambassador and advocate for Sitecore, sharing your passion and knowledge with customers and prospects. Arrange discovery calls and well‑qualified product demonstrations for the Field Sales and Pre‑Sales teams. What You Need to Succeed Native English speaker, additional languages highly advantageous. Positive and energetic communication skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills. Genuinely curious, self‑motivated, creative, results‑driven, solution‑oriented, direct, and driven to succeed. Comfortable making cold calls. Thrives in a metrics‑driven organisation. Ability to analyse industry trends and craft relevant messaging. Curious personality with a desire to grow a long‑term career in enterprise sales. Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart Outbound and lead generation experience in a B2B environment. Passionate about technology and what it can do for society, selling technology and redefining a market segment. Previous tech industry experience or experience in sales development, tele‑marketing and/or sales.
