Person Specification Education and Qualifications Completed and achieved ADNS/BA (Hons) Nursing Studies OR Registered Nurse with NMC Registration (for nurses applying) HE Diploma Operating Department Practice or ODP NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 752/7. OR Registered ODP (for ODP applying) Experience Evidence of inter- professional working Completed competencies in Anaesthetics, Surgery & PACU (for ODP applying) Skills Ability to work autonomously Understanding the role of the theatre practitioner Ability to work as an effective member of a team. Effective handling of critical incidents.
