Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to double and double again, the size of the business over the next three to five years Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging D2C/B2C marketing strategies to optimize performance Implement scalable processes and technology solutions to support rapid growth and enhance operational efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives Champion the company's core values and behaviours, serving as a culture fut and inspiring others to embody these principles in their work Requirements Proven experience growing a consumer goods company through in the region of £30M to £50M+ in revenue range, focused on EBITDA for bonus Strong expertise in digital marketplaces and eCommerce, with a focus on D2C/B2C customer acquisition and retention marketing Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve ambitious goals Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, capable of identifying and capitalising on market opportunities Results-oriented approach, with a track record of delivering value and exceeding expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to transparency and feedback Humble attitude, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement Jonathan Pearson at BluZinc if the Recruitment Consultant for this job opening.
