Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and ensure overall profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive sales, strengthen brand presence, and identify new business opportunities. Lead pitches, presentations, and new business meetings to support revenue growth. Drive ongoing development of the division’s core products and services, embracing new technologies to enhance performance and customer value. Oversee daily operations with the Project Manager, ensuring efficient workflows and resolving cross‑departmental issues. Lead, motivate, and develop staff across all areas, overseeing performance management, recruitment, training, and development. Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, handle escalated customer issues, and nurture strong client relationships. Requirements Proven experience in a senior management role within digital, web, or marketing‑led environments. Strong background in P&L management with a record of driving profitable growth. Demonstrated expertise in digital strategy, marketing, sales, and product development. Excellent leadership and people‑management capabilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands‑on operational execution. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, organised, and results‑driven, with a strong customer focus and a passion for innovation.
