Our client, a fast-growing, purpose-driven B2C travel brand, is looking for a Director of Growth to lead and scale their marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Performance Marketing:
    Take full ownership of the company's growth engine -translate business goals into measurable CAC, ROAS and bookings.
  • Paid Media Leadership:
    Run and scale campaigns across Meta and Google. Work closely with creatives to ensure campaigns are high-performing and on-brand.
  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing:
    Build and optimise email and nurture campaigns to guide prospects through the full customer journey.
  • Website & Funnel Optimisation:
    Partner with Product and Tech to improve landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership:
    Hire and grow a small team across Paid, CRM and Analytics. Encourage a test-and-learn, data-driven culture.
  • Channel Innovation:
    Once core channels are running efficiently, explore new growth opportunities like TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, partnerships, or AI-driven acquisition.

About You

  • Hands-on growth leader with experience scaling premium consumer brands (travel, lifestyle, wellness, or luxury DTC).
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments.
  • Collaborative, data-driven, and creative - able to balance analytics with bold, innovative ideas.
  • Experienced in building and leading small, high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of high-AOV, long-consideration purchases and emotionally driven customer behaviour.
