Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Vitality Location: Bournemouth, England (hybrid; 2 days per week in either Bournemouth or Stockport offices). Work pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in either the Bournemouth or Stockport offices. Full time, 35 hours per week. Flexible working options available. What this role is all about As part of our People Team, you’ll shape an exceptional candidate journey and position Vitality as an employer of choice. You’ll bring technical skills and detail‑driven focus to support Recruiters, manage our Applicant Tracking System, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Key Actions Deliver first‑class recruitment support: create bias‑decoding job adverts, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications. Own ATS maintenance: troubleshoot, configure workflows and maintain data accuracy. Drive compliance and efficiency: manage dashboards and uphold high recruitment standards. Enhance candidate and stakeholder experience: handle queries and support projects that elevate our strategy. Champion Vitality’s brand: update social content, lead review meetings and manage supplier relationships. What you need to thrive Proactive problem‑solver with strong organization skills. Excellent communicator who builds relationships across the business. Passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience. Experience driving continuous improvement. High attention to detail and initiative. Demonstrated engagement with AI tools. Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System or CRM (preferred).
