Team – Talent Acquisition

Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in either the Bournemouth or Stockport offices. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:

As part of our People Team, you'll play a key role in shaping an exceptional candidate journey and positioning Vitality as an employer of choice.

We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses initiative to ensure process efficiency. You'll be the backbone of our recruitment operations—supporting our Talent Acquisition Specialists, managing our Applicant Tracking System and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Actions

  • Delivering first-class recruitment support: From creating market-ready job adverts using bias decoding tools to scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Owning ATS maintenance: Troubleshooting, configuring workflows, and ensuring data accuracy to keep our recruitment engine running smoothly
  • Driving compliance and efficiency: Managing dashboards and maintaining high recruitment standards
  • Enhancing candidate and stakeholder experience: Managing queries and supporting projects that elevate our recruitment strategy
  • Championing Vitality's brand: Monitoring and updating social content, leading on review meetings, troubleshooting with job boards/social channels and continuous evolvement of supplier relationships

For the right person there may also be the opportunity to directly support hiring managers in finding and securing top talent, for selected functions within the business.

What do you need to thrive?

  • A proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communicator who can build relationships across the business
  • Passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience
  • Experience in bringing about change through continuous improvement
  • Core focus on attention to detail and ability to use initiative
  • Evidence of being highly engaged with everyday AI tools
  • Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM would be advantageous
