Job Description The Enforcement Case Lawyer will be : Advising on enforcement activities, regulatory investigations and legal strategy Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, decisions and settlements Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent and robust governance Monitoring and interpreting regulatory, statutory and policy developments to inform action Contributing to process improvement, training and the legal function's development The Successful Applicant A solicitor or equivalent with proven commercial litigation, criminal, insolvency or regulatory experience Experienced in advising on investigations, complex decision-making and regulatory frameworks Able to engage with senior stakeholders and translate legal risks into clear operational guidance Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with strong governance standards A strong communicator, collaborative in style, and committed to integrity and public interest outcomes Desire to learn and get involved in learning a new way of working What's on Offer This permanent role offers a competitive salary, and the opportunity to join a respected regulator at a key phase of its evolution.
