They are undergoing transformation into a stronger, more agile regulator - offering candidates the chance to join at a pivotal time and make real impact.Job DescriptionThe Enforcement Case Lawyer will be:Advising on enforcement activities, regulatory investigations and legal strategyDrafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, decisions and settlementsLiaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent and robust governanceMonitoring and interpreting regulatory, statutory and policy developments to inform actionContributing to process improvement, training and the legal function's developmentThe Successful ApplicantA solicitor or equivalent with proven commercial litigation, criminal, insolvency or regulatory experienceExperienced in advising on investigations, complex decision-making and regulatory frameworksAble to engage with senior stakeholders and translate legal risks into clear operational guidanceComfortable working in a fast-moving environment with strong governance standardsA strong communicator, collaborative in style, and committed to integrity and public interest outcomesDesire to learn and get involved in learning a new way of workingWhat's on OfferThis permanent role offers a competitive salary, and the opportunity to join a respected regulator at a key phase of its evolution.
