The Opportunity CITIC Pacific Mining is currently looking for a Site Administrator to provide support to the team at our Mining Department at Cape Preston. This role is offered on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Supervisor – Mine Administration, the Administrator’s duties will include but are not limited to: General point of contact for enquiries Enter time confirmations into SAP, generating daily costings and payroll reports Organise and facilitate requirements for Visitors/Short Term Workers as necessary Arrange travel/accommodation as required Maintain rosters for department employees including subcontractors Reconciliation of subcontractor labour invoices - raising purchase requisitions/orders and receipting Submission of Facilities Maintenance Requests Management of Meeting and Training Room calendars Administration of Training Requests - organising requests through the Training Department Administration of Mining Safety Stats; G2Gs, Safety Interactions, Hazard Obs via Cintellate Creation of toolbox and return to site PowerPoint presentations Minute taking for various Mining Department meetings Maintenance of the filing system Archiving of documentation along with transportation to Perth Office Ordering of stationery Airport and/or mail run from site to Karratha Any day to day business activities necessary or incidental to the above tasks To be successful in the role we seek applications from suitably experienced Administration professionals who have the following attributes/skills: Knowledge Demonstrated high level computer literacy skills, with advance Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP experience Travel, accommodation and itinerary coordination Secretarial and administrative procedures Understanding of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations Skills Strong time management and effective organisational skills, with the ability to think laterally, work under pressure with attention to detail and achieve work deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse cultures. Create a great place to work.
