Job Description We’re currently recruiting for a Head of Transitions to join our award‑winning Pension Risk Transfer business. As Head of Transitions, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our client experience, driving operational excellence, and enhancing Legal & General’s reputation in the pensions industry. You’ll lead a team of experts across data, project management and client services, ensuring every transition is delivered with precision, care and innovation. This is a hybrid working opportunity, which means you can split your working week between your home and our offices to find a work/life balance that works for you.
