Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily and next-day vehicle schedules. Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams. Allocate work in line with the Working Time Directive. Monitor routes using Mandata and adjust plans as needed. Reduce empty mileage through smart route allocation. Track performance and resolve issues promptly. Respond to emails and updates throughout the day. Attend team meetings and report key issues to the Planning Manager. Manage 20–30 vehicles daily, ensuring cost-effective routing. Maintain service levels and build strong relationships with drivers and other departments. Contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering excellence.
