As a Female Support Worker in Llanfairfechan and Conwy you’ll help make the everyday remarkable for the people we support. We are dedicated to supporting those with learning disabilities to live a fulfilled and enriched life in the community. As a Support Worker, you can play a vital role in this. Role: Female Support Worker Location: Llanfairfechan and Conwy Hours: We have both part time (16 hours per week) and full time (37 hours per week). Please speak to us about the hours you would like to do. Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep‑ins. What you’ll be doing: In this role, you’ll actively support individuals across two services in making their own choices and setting their own goals. They enjoy activities such as days out to the zoo, other animal‑related activities, shopping, picnics, pamper sessions, theatre and music. No two days are the same. As their trusted Support Worker, you’ll empower people to follow through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills. You’ll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities like paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family. Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well‑being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose.
