To provide day to day care for service users under supervision of senior colleagues which adheres to best practice, standards and guidelines, and contributes towards the service users care and treatment.

Work in partnership with service users, other health and social care colleagues and services internal and external to BCUHB,

To be part of the MDT in providing high and consistent level of holistic care, working flexibly to support and meet the changing needs of the service and contributing to the reducing behaviours that challenge, risk of placement breakdown, restrictive practices and the overuse of medications.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
