The EMEA Channel Director reporting to the EMEA Head of Sales will work cross-functionally to execute the Channel strategy, develop programs and enablement that drive partner-led and co-sell growth. The Channel Manager acts as the CEO of the partnership ensuring that cross-functional work streams align to the overall business plan and regularly measure success through metrics. Role to be based near London Responsibilities Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations including executives, sales and sales management, product managers and technical teams. Develop and execute a regional channel enablement program tailored to partner profiles within the LogicGate ecosystem. This includes coordinating with Regional Marketing, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Implementation teams to align the LogicGate GTM strategy with partner business models and outcomes. Conduct regular sales training with partner sales teams to ensure they understand and can articulate LogicGate’s value proposition with the ability to qualify sales opportunities. Collaborate with LogicGate cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to define partnership goals and objectives. Oversee relationship-building and account mapping activities between LogicGate sales and partners. Work with the Channel Marketing team to drive marketing programs with key partners and ensure activities tie back to ROI. Assist with driving pipeline, sales qualification, and closing of business. Define and deploy business plans to deepen traction with existing channel partners, reviewing and re-assessing quarterly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LogicGate’s competitive positioning in the marketplace. Meet or exceed channel quotas. Regularly interact directly with partners and customers. Track partner performance and provide feedback to help partners optimize their approach. Regularly review metrics, identify areas for improvement, and offer tailored suggestions to help partners improve effectiveness. Handle challenges or conflicts between partners and your organization. Proactively seek win-win solutions and use learnings to build better policies and processes for the future. Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international) for meetings and team collaboration. Qualifications 5 years experience in managing large complex partnerships with resellers and consulting partners (examples include Softcat, Big Four, and regional Cyber/GRC experts). Track record of building Channel Enablement programs. Pre-existing network of Cyber/GRC partners in EMEA, in particular the UK. Great people skills. Ability to quickly understand the audience and tailor the right message. Build lasting relationships and a long-term perspective, with an emphasis on trust with partners. Tech-savvy; able to quickly pick up new SaaS technology and understand the LogicGate platform. Experience presenting to executives at partner and customer levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Understanding and alignment with LogicGate’s company values.
