They are recruiting a commercially driven and dynamic Water Treatment Sales Manager to cover the South East region. The ideal candidate will hold strong knowledge of the water treatment/ legionella industry, particularly industrial water systems, and have a proven track record of overseeing management teams, developing new and existing contracts, B2B sales and strategic development to ensure year‑on‑year sales growth. For the right candidate, the company can offer a long‑term career development path. Experience & Qualifications Strong knowledge of the water hygiene/ legionella industry including steam boilers, closed systems and cooling tower accounts. Experience managing, growing, and developing new and existing accounts. Come from a strong chemical, sales, commercial and accounts background. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Role Managing, growing and developing new and existing accounts. Selling the company’s water treatment/hygiene service. Preparing quotes and tenders. Managing cooling towers, steam boilers and hot and cold‑water systems. Achieving and maintaining targets. Sourcing new business leads and opportunities. Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and customers.
