Water Treatment EngineerLocation: Dartford, Kent.Salary / Benefits: £24k – £36k + Training + BenefitsWe are working closely with a professional and industry leading supplier of Water Hygiene / Legionella management services across the UK. They are now recruiting in the South East for a hardworking and business minded Water Treatment Engineer. You will have extensive experience carrying out cleans and disinfection on CWSTs, calorifier and hot water heaters across Industrial, Retail, and Commercial sites. Our client can offer further training and career progression, company pension scheme, generous salary and excellent holiday allowance.Candidate Location: Should have good access to South East London / M25 and surrounding area: Gravesend, Orpington, Chartham, Maidstone, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Barking, Ilford, Dagenham, Romford, Hornchurch, Grays, Tilbury, Stanford-le-Hope, Canvey Island, South Benfleet, Basildon, Wickford, Billericay, Bromley, Croydon, Sutton, Epsom, Horsham, Haslemere, Guildford, Woking, Farnham, Aldershot, Camberley.Experience & QualificationsExperience working as a Water Treatment Engineer for a reputable Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company.Excellent technical knowledge of required chemicals.Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.Good communication skills.IT literate, familiar with updating onsite logbooks.The RoleLegionella & TVC sampling for analysis.Temperature monitoring.TMV install, service, maintenance, and replacements.CWST cleans and disinfections.Carrying out cleans and disinfections of calorifiers & hot water heaters.Closed system sampling, analysis, ensuring to dose with biocides and inhibitors.Undertaking mains injections.Flushing of little used / closed outlets.Calorifier endoscopy inspections & blowdowns.Failsafe testing.Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.Ensuring to update logbooks upon completion of work.Liaising with clients, providing excellent support and technical advice.Future Select recruits in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry; we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.We would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Account Managers and Business Development/Operational Managers through to Director level.We are inundated with applications, we will endeavour to get back in touch, however if you have applied to Future Select and you have not heard from us after a week, you will not have been successful.
