Job Title Water Treatment / Equipment Engineer Location Dartford, South East Salary & Benefits £20k – £35K + Training + Benefits Level of Experience Trainee Treatment / Equipment Engineer through to Lead Water Treatment / Equipment Engineer Profile Our client is well-established within the Water hygiene / Water Treatment/ legionella sector, providing the full range of legionella and water hygiene solutions to a mixed portfolio of sites. Due to new contracts, they are looking to take on a motivated and hardworking Water Treatment / Equipment Engineer to undertake water sampling, temperature monitoring, water softener servicing and provide detailed reports based in the Dartford area. Service Area Considered Bromley Bexleyheath Croydon Maidstone Orpington Rochester Sevenoaks Sidcup South London Tonbridge Tunbridge Wells Experience & Qualifications Extensive experience within the Legionella / Water treatment industry. Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation. Experience with water softener servicing. Experience working with closed systems. Hands‑on experience in cleaning, chlorination and maintenance of hot and cold water systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office. The Role Undertaking dosing of water systems. Carrying out routine sampling, temperature monitoring and monitoring of air and water systems. Water softener servicing. Maintenance of TMVs and showerhead descales. Refurbishments, cleans and disinfections of cooling towers, water systems and tanks. Assisting with evaporative cooling system cleaning. Maintaining and building professional working relationships with clients. Producing detailed reports using information from the site.
