About the Role We’re looking for a confident, hands‑on Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day running of Eden Coffee Shop, launching soon at the Chris Bryant Centre in Erdington. Responsibilities Lead the team in preparing and serving high‑quality food and drinks. Maintain a clean, safe and well‑presented environment. Manage stock, place orders and handle deliveries. Support the Centre Manager with budgeting and reporting tasks. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues when they arise. Qualifications Confident working with people and leading a team. Organised and reliable, with a practical approach. Experienced in a similar food service or hospitality setting. Comfortable managing day‑to‑day operations, including health and safety and food hygiene. Salary and Benefits Competitive salary £25,350 per annum. 29 days annual leave including Bank Holidays plus an additional day after each year of completed service up to 5 days. Free on‑site car parking. Workplace pension scheme. 20 days sick pay. Life assurance of 4 times your annual salary. Day off for your birthday.
