We are now recruiting for the position of Supervisor for our coffee shop in the Birmingham's City Centre.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
- Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun
- Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 1 years’ supervisory experience and Barista experience within the coffee hospitality environment
- We require an inspirational leader with infectious personality and (ideally) good coffee knowledge to help in the support the day-to-day running of the store
- Have a proven ability to build and train a team to manage a high volume outlet
- Be organised, hard-working and reliable
- Must be able to lift 15kg minimum for deliveries
- Be flexible and highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated team
- Be an excellent communicator, and have experience of training other staff members
- Understanding of stock control and completing stock takes
- Understanding of wage management
- Understanding of food preparation
- Ensuring all orders and deliveries are received and checked correctly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/high volume environment and adapt quickly to changes
- To assist in all operational aspects and ensure a smooth running of shifts whilst providing exceptional customer service at all times
- To assist the general manager in shift management
- To adhere to all company policies and procedures
