Full Time Barista, 200 Degrees Coffee Shop

We are now recruiting for an experienced Barista with infectious personality and incredible coffee skills to support the General Manager at our coffee shop on Lower Temple Street, Birmingham.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:
- Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation
- Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
- Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun
**Requirements**:
- 1 year in a fast paced hospitality operation
- Be able to dial in a coffee grinder and maintain consistent shot time
- Latte art skills
- Be an excellent communicator with a can do attitude
- Have a lively personality and be comfortable dealing with customers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
